做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。
